Terms
Terms for using TrackForm’s public site and setup flow.
These terms cover the marketing website and workspace setup requests. Customer product agreements may add workspace-specific terms.
Acceptable use
Use this site and the setup forms for legitimate evaluation and provisioning of TrackForm. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe systems without authorisation, or submit false operational details intended to mislead provisioning.
Workspace setup is request-led
Submitting a setup request does not create an automatic self-serve organisation. TrackForm reviews the request and provisions workspace access for invited users.
Accounts and access
Access to a TrackForm workspace is invite-based. Customers are responsible for inviting the right people, choosing appropriate roles, and securing credentials used by their team.
Content and evidence
Customers retain responsibility for field evidence, attachments, and operational content they capture in TrackForm. Do not upload unlawful content or material you are not entitled to process.
Service changes
TrackForm may update features, tiers, and documentation as the product evolves. Material commercial changes for a live workspace will be communicated through the customer’s admin contacts.
Liability
The marketing site is provided for information. To the extent permitted by law, TrackForm is not liable for decisions made solely from marketing copy without a confirmed workspace agreement.
